We provide the vehicles for all programs. You are welcome to bring your own vehicle but for safety reasons, it is best to keep it parked.

Yes

Participants must be at least 16 to participate in any driving activity and possess a current, valid driver’s license. Drivers under 18 will need to have a parental consent form signed on-site.
The minimum age requirement for non-driving guests is fourteen+ (14+) years old.

Yes

Feel free to use an action camera (GoPro, etc.). Cameras may only be mounted in the interior of the vehicle using a suction cup-type mount.

ADHESIVE MOUNTS ARE PROHIBITED.

The Wheelhouse Racing School operates as an all-weather program. If extreme weather conditions prevent the Wheelhouse Racing School from safely executing the Event, every effort will be made to reschedule the Event. The Wheelhouse Racing School reserves the sole right in determining whether an Event will be cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions.

Our classes run mostly Monday – Friday during the warmer months of the year, generally from March to November.

New class dates will be released as classes fill up. You may request to be notified when tickets are available by adding your name to the email list under the specific class registration page in the schedule calendar.

There is the option to purchase a property damage waiver to limit financial responsibility for damage done to the vehicle used in the Wheelhouse Racing School programs. Without the limited liability, the student assumes full financial responsibility up to the vehicle's full replacement value for any and all damage they do to the vehicle.

This option can be purchased during registration on this website, prior to attending, or at check-in upon arrival at Wheelhouse Racing School.

Wheelhouse Racing School Event Waiver/Liability:

VEHICLE DAMAGE WAIVER:

Participant acknowledges and agrees that participating in events at the Wheelhouse Racing School is inherently dangerous and assumes all risk of loss, except to the extent of the Wheelhouse Racing School’s gross negligent or willful misconduct, incurred in connection with or otherwise related to participation in events at the Wheelhouse Racing School. In consideration for Wheelhouse Racing School to agree to allow Participant to drive, practice, qualify and/or race in its vehicle and on its track, Participant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Wheelhouse Racing School against any and all claims, demands, actions (including attorney’s fees and costs) liability, losses, damages, injuries (including, without limitation death and dismemberment) and accidents of whatever kind resulting in any way from participating in events at Wheelhouse Racing School. Participant further understands and agrees that he/she assumes full financial responsibility up to full replacement value of the Wheelhouse Racing School vehicle assigned to Participant (as described below) for any and all damage Participant does to the vehicle. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may elect (where designated herein) a property damage waiver option and pay an additional fee to limit his/her financial responsibility for damage done to the vehicle.

POLICIES

1. PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ASSUME FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY UP TO THE LIMIT AGREED FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE. PARTICIPANT ALSO AGREES TO FULL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S) WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF PARTICIPANT OR OTHERWISE. ONLY PARTICIPANT NAMED ABOVE IS AUTHORIZED TO DRIVE THE ASSIGNED VEHICLE.

2. IF THE VEHICLE SUFFERS MECHANICAL FAILURE, WHEELHOUSE RACING SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE, TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES, A BACKUP VEHICLE.

3. AT ANY TIME, AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WHEELHOUSE RACING SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE DRIVER FROM THE VEHICLE FOR ANY REASON. THE WHEELHOUSE RACING SCHOOL ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE AS BACK-UP, RESULTING FROM ASSIGNED VEHICLE BEING DAMAGED. ANY ADDITIONAL VEHICLE ASSIGNED WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL LIMITED LIABILITY FEE, IF OPTION IS SELECTED, OTHERWISE, PARTICIPANT WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEWLY ASSIGNED VEHICLE. REFUNDS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE WHEELHOUSE RACING SCHOOL.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests received more than 31 days prior to your event will receive a 90% refund of the Wheelhouse Racing School class and upgrades purchased.

Rescheduling

Reschedule requests received more than 31 days before your event will require a $150 rescheduling fee.

No refund will be offered if a cancellation or request to reschedule occurs less than 31 days before your event. Failure to appear will result in forfeiture of all event fees.

We have several program variations that accommodate groups of all sizes. Whether that is a small executive retreat across a few days, or a large group for only a few hours, we have something that can fit your time and budget. Communications and Privacy

By registering for schools and driving experiences you agree to receive email and print communications from the Wheelhouse Racing School (The McKeever Group LLC) both related to this registration and related to future sales, marketing, and informational communications. All correspondence, schools, and courses will be communicated in the English language. Please refer to our Terms of Use page for additional information.

Our off-road programs are fast-paced, so you are in the driver's seat most of the day, but not always engaged in an exercise. With our options of classes you will have the choice of varying amounts of active seat time.

Intro to Off-Road

Off-Road Experience

Sahara Experience

Yes

Participants are welcome to bring a guest to the Off-Road Experience, or Sahara Experience programs. The guest can join you for all classroom sessions, as well as all meals, and ride shotgun throughout the day for an additional fee.

**Age restrictions - 14 years old minimum

You will start and finish your driving day at the Wheelhouse Racing School Welcome Center and classroom building.
Check-in will open at 8:00 a.m. Event runs 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. MT.

Yes

We provide helmets for our Wheelhouse Racing School participants.

Participants are welcome to bring their own helmet if it is rated Snell SA 2015 or better.

Seasonal attire. Comfortable, layer-able clothing is recommended, as the temperature can vary significantly throughout the day. We also recommend you wear soft-soled shoes, such as hiking or tennis shoes. Spring and fall rain can be present, so shoes can become muddy. Open-toed shoes are NOT allowed.
