Off-Road Experience

The program day begins with a classroom session covering proper off-road driving techniques, including vision, reading terrain, vehicle dynamics, brake/throttle management, and driving lines. Next up, you will head out to the Wheelhouse Off-Road Facility to put these techniques into practice through several driving exercises, guided by our professional off-road instructors to help prepare you for driving our meticulously prepared off-road courses.

The day includes a midday break with a catered lunch to ensure you stay energized and focused, followed by a Q&A before heading back out to tackle the off-road courses. By the end of the program, you’ll have enhanced your off-road performance driving techniques and had an unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

The Wheelhouse Racing School Off-Road Experience is available in both the F-150 Raptor for $2,395.00 and the F-150 Raptor R for $2,895.00.

Additional upgrades include Limited Liability coverage for $125.00 and Raptor R $175.00. The Road Keeper Video System is available for $65.00.

Off-Road Experience
- Perfect for Drivers at any level
- Professional off-road instructors with championship experience
- Fundamentals of off-road driving explained and demonstrated by professionals
- In-vehicle instructional drives with professional instructor
- Proper seating and steering wheel management
- Visual techniques to include: looking ahead, peripheral vision, scanning, reading terrain, and dust management
- Braking and cornering techniques
- Off-road driving line: hard pack, loose terrain, and changing track conditions
- Vehicle dynamics to include vehicle weight management in off-road obstacles
- In-car communications for immediate feedback to the driver from instructor
- Student has their own vehicle throughout the day and the option to bring a riding guest
- 3 to 1 student to instructor ratio
